Note: We have included the PO as a convenience to your company's invoicing process; there is no need to send or share a PO with us.
How to Add a PO Number When Purchasing a Subscription Plan
- Log in to My.Virtual-Surveyor.com.
- On the Subscription page, click Add a subscription and follow the configuration prompts.
- Once you get to the Plan Settings tab, make sure you include your PO number.
- The PO number can be added in any of the Configuration tabs during the Subscription set up process.

- Finish the subscription set up and once you've paid, you will receive a confirmation email of the invoice with the PO number included.
- You can also verify that your PO number was included in the purchase by going to the Invoices page and looking under the PO column.
How to Add a PO Number to an Invoice that was Already Paid.
- Log in to My.Virtual-Surveyor.com.
- Once logged in, click on the Invoices tab and click Add... on the invoice you'd like to add a PO number to.
- Type in the PO Number for your invoice in the pop-up box and click OK.
- The PO Number shows up on the invoice you selected.
