To help secure your account, Virtual Surveyor has enhanced security with two-factor authentication. This applies to both your My Virtual Surveyor online sign in account and for the Virtual Surveyor software.
Overview
How to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
- Start Virtual Surveyor and you will automatically be prompted to sign in.
- Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN.
- A window will appear and require a verification code.
- Retrieve the code from you email and enter it in.
- Click VERIFY.
- You should now be signed in to the software.
