You don't need to do anything to end your subscription, it will automatically end after the 30-day or annual billing cycle. All our plans are a pay as you need them that consist of monthly or annual terms. If you would like your subscription to end, just ensure you have disabled the AUTO RENEW button. 


To disable the AUTO RENEW on your account:

  1. Go to My Virtual Surveyor.
  2. Log in with your Virtual Surveyor ID.
  3. Toggle the AUTO RENEW switch to off to disable it. 
    1. It shows red when disabled.
  4. The subscription box also shows when the subscription ends. 
    1. In the example below, it ends on 10 November 2022.
